The system is based on ON Semiconductor's, the industry's lowest power Bluetooth® 5.2 MCU, and incorporates software algorithms and components from Unikie and CoreHW to form a fully integrated solution whose components have been optimized to work together.


The new Bluetooth low energy solution enables tags to be used to track objects or people with sub-meter accuracy in defined enclosed spaces such as warehouses, shops or other buildings. It scales to a large number of tracked objects, offering performance and cost advantages while reducing development effort and accelerating time-to-market.


Packed with innovative advanced features, the RSL15 is ideal for a variety of industrial automation applications including asset tracking, smart retail and IoT edge nodes.


High precision: RSL15 Bluetooth 5.2 MCU supports longer distance, higher data transmission, and positioning through angle of arrival (AoA) and angle of departure (AoD).


Power Savings: ON Semiconductor's innovative Intellisense feature keeps the Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor in a deep sleep state while continuously monitoring the sensor interface.


Security: The RSL15 uses Arm TrustZone® and Arm CryptoCell™-312 technologies to establish a device root of trust and protect the authenticity, integrity and confidentiality of code and data. This PSA Level 1 certification design strengthens the security measures originally provided as part of the Bluetooth protocol, thus providing assurance at the data and application levels.
