Renesas Electronics Automotive-Grade MCU and SoC Cybersecurity Management Certified to ISO/SAE 21434:2021
【Lansheng Technology Information】Renesas Electronics announced today that its Automotive Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) for microcontroller (MCU) and system-on-chip (SoC) development has been defined and implemented in accordance with the international standard ISO/SAE 21434:2021. The CSMS framework is available at Renesas Design Center in Musashi, Japan, and has been certified by TÜV Rheinland Industrie Service GmbH.
Vice President of the HPC Core Technology Division at Renesas said: "Through independent third-party certification, customers can be confident that Renesas Electronics' management of the CSMS process complies with the requirements defined by ISO/SAE 21434:2021. OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers can use this independent third-party certification to streamline their model approval process without having to conduct their own audits of our process."
