High-NA EUV R&D center will be established in New York State, USA

New York State Governor Kathy Hochul announced a partnership between IBM, Micron, Applied Materials, Tokyo Electron and other companies to establish the Albany Semiconductor Technology Center, a next-generation semiconductor R&D center in New York.
