In the selection of microcontroller, this solution uses Flagchip's FC4150 32-bit MCU, which is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 core design, with a maximum operating frequency of up to 150MHz, and built-in high-speed memory, with rich I/O ports and various peripherals.
In the motor drive part, the plan uses an IPM integrated pre-driver and 6 IGBT tubes for electronic commutation control of the motor. The core chip uses onsemi's NFVA35065L32-D.
